While investigating the De-Delegation of Subpart 4Z, DAQ has :

Inserted “Place Holder” Language in the Air Permit for Area Sources

NC DAQ continues to incorporate NSPS IIII and JJJJ into Air Permits and ensure facility compliance.

During site visits, NC DAQ Inspectors should be identifying RICE sources

NC DAQ continues to stay up-to-date on EPA activities on Subpart 4Z.
