Entries to arrive no later than the closing date of Friday 22 April at 5pm. 2. Late entries will be considered at the race director’s discretion and may not be accepted. 3. To avoid disappointment please ensure a mobile number and email address are included on the entry form. 4. Entry fees are non-refundable. 5. All entries must be on an official form (photocopies will be accepted). 6. Concept2 Indoor Rowing machines will be used for the event. 7. Registration on the day is one hour before your start time – if entrants are late they may miss their race. 8. The team captain will be responsible for the team members and will receive all information on behalf of the team. 9. Race distance for all events will be 30,000m. 10. Competitors may alter the resistance level prior to, but not during the race. 11. All members may only compete in one team. 12. Minimum age for competitors is 16. 13. There are three race categories: Mens [6 men], Womens [6 women] and Mixed [3 men and 3 women]. Plus 1 non rowing Team Captain. 14. There will be three sessions across the day, one for each race category. 15. Team members must rotate every 1000m. Registered company no. 104090

other 5 team members will complete their 1000m in between each of yours].17. In the event of a team member injury mid race a) no substitutions can be made b) a

minimum of 4 team members must finish the race in rotation c) in the mixed event this is a minimum of 2 men and 2 women required to finish.

18. Winners in each category will be the fastest teams to cover the distance by the end of the session

19. The race director’s decision will be final; no discussions will be entered into.

Medical Recommendation: if on race day a competitor feels unwell, or has recently suffered from a virus, it is recommended they don’t race. Indoor Rowing requires maximum effort and the organisers take no responsibility for illness or injury caused as a consequence. If unsure, please seek medical advice prior to racing.
