This machine works with automatic cycles; operators press on the motor drive pedal to start the single cycle that is automatically terminated by also cutting the stitching thread automatically.The stitching cycle can be programmed on the Cartesian axes X and Y, setting the machine memory with the relative parameters. Several cycles are hypothesized,
each differing in number of stitches and stitching size.Stitching size may be related to the size of the “natural” knot of the net. Breakage strength of stitched nets have been very succesfully tested.
The bobbin size is of 24 mm. This machine carries out around 45 or more, consecutive cycles.
