Known as “The Red King” the king of the Scotts.

His name is derived meaning "son of life". It, however, does not have any meaning of affiliation to family, but instead carries an implication of “righteous man” or "religious man".

Macbeth was the cousin of Duncan I who he succeeded.

The first king of Scotland to introduce feudalism to Scotland.

Macbeth is a mighty and ambitious warrior, one of the leaders of Duncan’s army.

He is a Thane of Glamis.He hears a prophecy that he will be king one

day. He is elected king of Scotland, but he became

a cruel and unjust ruler.
