• Ingredients• 75g macaroni• 1x 2.5 ml spoon salt
• 25g margarine• 25g plain flour• 200 mls milk• 50g cheese• seasoning
Macaroni Cheese Step 1
• Place a pan of water on the cooker and bring to the boil.
• Add 75g macaroni to the water, only once it is boiling with lots of bubbles.
Macaroni Cheese Step 2
• Next, collect the ingredients for the sauce.
• You should have four items.
• Milk• Margarine• Flour• Cheese
Macaroni Cheese Step 3
• Melt the margarine slowly in a small saucepan.
• Add the flour and mix to a soft yellow paste
Macaroni Cheese Step 4
• Very slowly add the milk a little at a time.
• Beat the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth otherwise you will get lumps

• Once all the milk has been added, return the pan to heat and stir until the sauce thickens and boils.
• Drain the macaroni in a collander.

• Add the cheese to the sauce. Mix well.
• Taste and add seasoning if you wish.
