Dear Sir,This is in response to above referred letter. DECL has stated that any defect of firefighting system shall be separated with the successful continuous initial operation test of GT. In fact in our opinion it is a safety measure and its absence would have been invited risk of fire hazard leading to loss of property or human life.DECL through above referred letter intimated to carry out Performance test of GTG #1 without prior completion/commissioning of fire fighting system for main transformer. In this regard, it has to be noted that if the PT/RTR are carried out without proper fire fighting protection system DECL would be held responsible for any loss due to fire incident, as the insurance claims in such cases become invalid.Best regards, Very truly yours,
