NOC are compiled in the table below. The reasons of alarms appearing are mentioned.

MTP3 Link Unavailable BSC Either Signaling link are faulty or deactivated. Check it from BSC from MAINTAIN MTP3 LINK. May be some of A interface E1 is faulty on which it is define.

Local NM Connection Broken BSC OMCR OML link down so we are not able to perform any task in the BSC.

Loss of E1/T1 Signals ( LOS ) BSC Check whether some Ater or A interface E1 is faulty or degraded.

Main Board Out of Position BSC BSC alarm chest cable been disconnected or power of BSC alarm box gets down. Must focus on this alarm if it comes for more than 30 min than make sure to clear it on urgent basis.

LAPD OML FAULT BTS Site is down check the reason from history either transmission or Generator issue

LAPD ALARM BTS It will be on some of TRX or can be on all TRX check child alarms like SFP Port alarms.

CELL OUT OF SERVICE ALARM BTS Either the site is locked or some TRX of that sector gets down or SFP Port not consistent.

SFP PORT INCONSISTENCY ALARM

BTS the SFP Port is not inserted properly

CPRI may be damaged

Wrong configuration

Diversity Receive Channel Alarms

BTS Cross connected cable (diversity cables) among the DRFU get damaged or not properly inserted.

No AC input alarm BTS AC power of the BTS gets down

Cell PS Service Faulty BTS GPRS of the site or sector not working

Clock Reference Abnormal Alarm

BTS BTS is not synchronizing BSC Clock

Fan Subassembly Communication Alarm

BTS BTS Fan alarm cable is not properly inserted or FAN is not working or FAN power cable is damaged or not inserted properly.

TRX VSWR ALARM BTS This alarm is service effecting due to impedance mismatching this alarms come. Check the jumper connector, feeder connector or antenna port to remove the alarm.
