Married for 22 years to MichelleTwo sons;

Joshua, 19, is at the University of Wollongong, studying Engineering and Commerce Adam, 17, is in Year 12 at St John Bosco College – Engadine.

July 2014 - Current Conduct tours, mostly day tours, but some extended. Mostly for the Grayline arm of the business, which means you are totally responsible for the safety & wellbeing of all passengers, as well as the tour is conducted to ensure maximum enjoyment for the passengers.

Warehouse / Operations Manager – Autonexus, Port Kembla

September 2007 – February 2014

My responsibilities at Autonexus was as the manager of a Warehouse that stores thousands of cars, as well as storing them we “Value added” those cars, by performing tasks that sped up the process at the dealership therefore assisting them, but also creating more revenue for Autonexus.

Complete responsibility for aspects of the Port Kembla business. Staff Management:

- 28 staff, 30% of which were casual- Of the 28 staff, 4 were Technicians (Mechanics), 8 trades assistants, balance were general

yard staff.- Staff were involved in full Pre- Delivery of new cars, up to 80 per day.



- During the time immediately after the Japanese Tsunami when we did not receive any cars for almost 6 months, I managed the staff to have paid and unpaid leave so as to ensure the profit targets were still met.

Customer liaison:- I met regularly – at least monthly – with the customer’s representatives to ensure I was

informed about their future plans, so I could plan properly. P&L:

- Full responsibility for all aspects of the P&L;- Labour costs- Controllable expenses, I.e., all consumables purchasing- Revenue targets

WH&S:- Ensure a good safety culture, by having an active WH&S committee.- At least monthly give a safety talk on a particular area of possible concern.

Quality systems:- Maintain the Quality documents, monthly audits on a percentage of the quality processes.- Update the Quality processes, if required.- Maintain the Quality system action log.- Raise Non-Conformance issues on the relevant paperwork

Administration:- Responsible for all aspects of the site administration functions, in most cases doing those

tasks myself;- Preparation of Payroll- Authorisation of all leave- All aspects of Accounts payable including Purchase Orders.

Maintenance of the facility;- Handled all maintenance issues, Workshop inspections including the safety inspection

and maintenance of vehicle hoists.- Recycled water system.- Various office equipment- Ensuring that the onsite Fuel system was working correctly and was in a safe condition.- Building maintenance, i.e., testing & tagging, cleaning.

Sydney Manager – PrixCar Services December 2000 – August 2007

PrixCar provides the Third Party logistics needs of Vehicle importers, similar to Autonexus.

- Employed 80 staff in many varied roles, from skilled tradesman to unskilled labour.- On average, receipted and despatched 200 cars per day- Managed the storage of up to 16,000 cars- Ensured the site was secure- Managed the needs of up to 20 different customers- Complete responsibility for P&L



Transport & Logistics Manager – SOBO March 1998 – December 2000 (the Television arm of Sydney Olympics)

Planning for the transport & logistics needs of the complete television broadcast of the Sydney Olympic games

At game time, arranged the transport of 2500 staff Ensured all logistics requirements were met or exceeded 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for 3

weeks.
