1. In pursuance of Corporation O.M. No. PL-(M-1)/Induction-427 dated April 4th, 2012 andsubsequent decisions thereon, ON LINE applications are invited in the prescribed formatfrom the intending DVC regular Group B employees for induction in Executive Cadre(for direct entry into M-1 Grade) possessing requisite professional qualification i.e. CA /ICWA / MBA Degree in Finance or PG Diploma / Degree (at least two years full time) inFinance and Accounts Stream and AMIE or full time BE / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering inrespective Engineering Stream from University / Institution approved by AICTE to fill upthe vacancies in the posts mentioned hereunder on 20% quota basis.

Selected candidates will be placed in the M1 Grade (Rs.15, 600-39,100 in Pay Band 3 with
Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-). Besides Basic Pay & G.P., candidates will also be paid other
admissible allowances and benefits as admissible as per Corporation Rules in force from
time to time.
7. RESERVATIONS AND RELAXATIONS:
i) Reservations and relaxations for SC / ST / OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates will
be provided as per GOI Directives.

ii) The OBC candidates who belong to Creamy Layer are not entitled for OBC
concession and such candidates have to indicate their category not as OBC but as
General only.
iii) For claiming such reservation / relaxation, SC/ST/OBCs have to submit self-attested copy of their Caste certificate in GOI format. Specimen GOI formats of
such certificates relevant to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy)/PH candidates, are
available in DVC websitewww.dvc.gov.in
8. HOW TO APPLY:
i) Candidate should arrange to have 4(four) identical coloured passport (PP size)
photographs (size 3.5cm x 3.5cm) not older than 3 months from the date of
application. The photograph should be with clear front view of the candidate withoutcap or sunglasses. Xerox copy of photograph is not permitted. Identical photos shall
be used throughout the selection process.
ii) Thereafter, Online application in the prescribed format including Format
1(Certificate to be granted by the Controlling Officer which will be available in DVC
website from 23.08.2013) should be filled in and take print out of the online
application and is to be submitted to their concerned Controlling Officer along with
the self-attested copies of all documents including educational qualifications,
experience from other Organization, if any, date of birth, OBC (Non-creamy Layer),
SC/ST certificate, as applicable in the prescribed form issued by the competent
authority specified under the GOI rules (specimen formats of caste etc. available in
DVC website for guidance) and 4(four) identical passport size photographs (one
photograph should be affixed on the right side top of the application duly attested
and the other three should be stapled with the application).
iii) The applications so received shall be verified by the Controlling Officer with specific
recommendations as per proforma regarding suitability of the candidates
(recommendations to be made only if the candidate fulfils the minimum
requisite criteria for the post applied for) and the same may be handed over to
the candidate who in turn will submit to us at the time of interview, if shortlisted.

iv) Candidates should bring the print out of online application along with the
recommendation of the Controlling Officer / Project HRD Officer at the time of
Interview positively. The Controlling Officer / Project HRD Officer will made
recommendations as per the prescribed proforma only if the candidate fulfils the
minimum requisite criteria for the post applied for. In no case the candidature of
the candidates will be considered without the print out online application and the
recommendations of the Controlling Officer / Project HRD Officer as the case may
be.
9. GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS:
i) Only DVC regular Group Bemployees fulfilling the eligibility criteria as laid down in
OM No. PL-(M-1)/Induction-427 dated April 4th, 2012 and other terms & conditions
on the date of application only need apply.
ii) Before applying, the candidate should ensure that he / she fulfils the eligibility
criteria and other norms mentioned in the advertisement hoisted on the website
www.dvc.gov.in Candidature of the candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage
of recruitment process or after recruitment if any information provided by the
candidate is found to be false or not in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in
the advertisement. The decision of DVC in all matters regarding eligibility of the
candidate at any stage of the process of recruitment shall be final and binding on
the candidate. If any shortcoming is detected after appointment, the services of
such candidates are liable to be terminated.
iii) If the candidate desires to be considered against a specific category as filled by him
/ her in application, subsequent representation for change of category status will not
be entertained under any circumstances.
iv) If the Institute/University award dual specialization (as is done in MBA
Degree/Diploma awarded by some Institutes/Universities), only those candidates
are eligible who have secured major specialization in Accounts/Finance.
v) List of candidates found eligible for Interview would be hoisted along with Interview
Schedule and necessary instructions on DVC website in due course and no
individual call letter would be sent to the candidates separately. Therefore,
candidates are advised in their own interest to visit DVC website from time to time
for important notification in this regard.

vi) DVC reserves the right to cancel the advertisement, modify the educational
qualifications without assigning any reason thereof and any decision of DVC in
respect of the selection process throughout is final & binding.
vii) Candidates are required to sign in the prescribed place provided in the Form in
running hand and not in Block Capital or disjointed letter. During physical verification,
all signatures should be identical. Different styled Signature at various occasions
during Recruitment activities may lead to the rejection of the candidature.
viii) The candidates will appear for interview/screening test as the case may be as per
list available in the DVC website.
ix) The candidate claiming to belong to SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)/PH/Ex-
Servicemen category has to submit attested copy of caste /PH certificate in the
prescribed format issued by the competent authority specified by GOI Rules/Orders.
In case of OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates, latest caste certificate (not older
than six months) needs to be submitted. (Please refer to APPENDIX in DVC website
for prescribed GOI format of Caste Certificate).
x) Candidature is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or after
recruitment, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not in
conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the Advertisement. The decision of
DVC in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications,
penalty for false information, mode of selection & interviews, selection and allotment
of posts and places of postings to the selected candidates shall be final and binding
on the candidate. No enquiry/correspondence or telephonic discussion will be
entertained in this regard. If any shortcoming is detected after appointment, the
services of such candidates are liable to be terminated.
xi) It is brought to the knowledge of the candidates that if the situation so demands due
to unforeseen reasons or otherwise, the interview may continue even on the next
working day(s) beyond the fixed dates, candidates should make their own
arrangements for stay for attending interview.
xii) DVC also reserves its right to cancel the advertisement, modify the educational
qualifications/experience without assigning any reason thereof.xiii) Any subsequent amendment/notice/clarification etc., if any, will be made available in
DVC website only. As such, candidates are advised to keep visiting DVC website
www.dvc.gov.in from time to time till completion of recruitment process of the posts.

xiv) Candidates have to submit the following documents/certificates in original along with
a self-attested photocopy of the same to DVC at the time of Interview.
a) Printout of On-Line Application Form duly signed and with LTI.b) Current Pay slip.c) Proof of Date of Birth (School Final certificate).
d) Certificates and Marks sheets (Class-X, XII, Graduation/BE/B. Tech/AMIE/CA/ICWA/MBA (semester wise)/others).e) Caste Certificate (In case of OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PWD) in GOI Format.f) Experience certificate, if any.g) DVC Identity Card.h) Any other relevant documents as per check list.
xv) Candidates are required to retain a copy of the On-Line application print out along
with Registration Number safely for records. Candidates need not send
application prints and documents to DVC at this stage. The candidates should
produce the same at the time of Interview.
xvi) Selected candidates may be posted at any Project / Unit / Sub-station / Office ofthe Corporation.
xvii) Incomplete and unsigned applications are liable to be rejected straightway.
xviii) Candidates are entitled to get T.A. only for attending Interview from their
respective Project/Station of DVC.
xix) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
10) Instructions on HOW to APPLY for ON-LINE APPLICATION for the above post
Mode of Application: Candidates should apply through DVCs Online Registration System only.
The Online Registration will be available on the website www.dvc.gov.in and will remain
activated from 13.00 hrs of 23.08.2013 to 24.00 hrs of 18.09.2013. No other mode of
application will be accepted.
Following Information/documents to be kept ready before applying ONLINE :
a) One scanned photograph to be uploaded while applying. Besides, Candidate should arrange
to have 4 (four) identical coloured passport photographs duly self attested not older than 3
months of date of application to be stapled with the print out of the Application so made.
b) Details of caste (SC/ST/OBC) certificate like date of issue, certificate no., issuing authority
etc. as applicable to the candidate including non-creamy layer certificate for OBC candidates.
c) PH certificate details like percentage of disability, type of disability, issuing authority, etc. as
applicable.

d) Year/Semester wise marks obtained in Degree/Diploma in percentage. School Final and / or
HS examination etc. and other relevant details pertaining to proof of date of birth, academic
qualifications etc.
e) Valid E-Mail ID of the candidate, which shall remain valid for at least 6(six) months from the
date of this advertisement.
f) After having arranged all information/documents, candidates should log on to www.dvc.gov.in
and follow the instructions given therein for Online Application for the above post. After
successful submission of the online data including uploading of scanned photo, a Unique
Registration/Form Number will be generated and thereafter candidates need to take a printout
of the application so made. Printout without system-generated number will not be accepted in
any case. If candidates are not in position to upload the scan photo, he/she may submit online
application without photo and thereafter staple photo on the print out application.
g) Candidates are advised to take 2(two) Print outs of the Application and bring one of themputting his/her signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI) at the allocated place in the
Application Form along with documents indicates at Sl.no.9(xiv) above. The thumb impression
must be clear and complete. Ridges of the thumb impression must be clearly visible. The
other copy should be kept with the candidate for future reference. In no case hard copy
(print out of application) should be sent anywhere.
h) Candidates are required to submit the self-certified photocopy of all the documents pertaining
to Age, Qualification, Experience , Caste-if applicable etc. at the time of Interview/Screening
Test. These documents will be verified with originals at the time of interview/screening test. If
any candidate is found ineligible while verifying the documents, he/she shall not be allowed to
appear.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PRINT OUT OF APPLICATION WITH ENCLOSURES DULY
VERIFIED BY CONTROLLING OFFICER MAY BE SUBMITTED TO US ONLY AT THE TIME
OF INTERVIEW AND IN NO CASE IT WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE HAND.
