    1 Press Security Armed icon.

    2 Press Disarm icon.

    3 Enter user code.

    4 What Happens • System Disarms

    • Entry Delay beeps stop (if beeps enabled)

    Memory ofAlarm

    If an alarm has occurred, zones with alarmsremain displayed.

    Repeat Disarm sequence to clear display.

    NOTE : Bypassed zones are unprotected.

    1 Press Security icon.

    2 Press Zones icon.

    3 Select zones to bypass from list.

    4 Bypass . Press Bypass .

    5 Enter user code.

    6 Bypassed zones appear in list with icon.

    PANIC ALARMS

    See your installer for the types of Panic alarms programmed foryour system.

    1 Press and hold Panic button for 3 seconds.

    2 Fire

    Police

    OR

    LocalAlarm

    OR

    Medical

    Press desired Panic icon within 5 seconds.

    3 Alarm message is sent to your central station.

    ASSIGN USER CODES

    1 Press Tools icon on Security screen.

    2 Enter Master User code.

    3 Press Users icon.

    4 MasterGuest

    Duress

    Add New

    To assign a Master, Guest, or Duress code, pressthe desired option then press Edit .To assign a regular user code, press Add New .

    5 NameUser 3 03User Code Z-wave LockControl

    If desired, press Name to assign a personal nameto this user. Follow the prompts.If desired, press Z-Wave Lock Control to setwhether entering this code at the Z-Wave doorlock will disarm the system. Follow the prompts.Press User Code to assign a 4-digit code to thisuser. Go to step 6.

    ADD/REMOVE Z-WAVE DEVICES(Include/Exclude)

    1 Press Automation icon.

    2 Scroll down on device list, press Tools.

    3 Press Include to add device.

    ORPress Exclude to remove device.

    4 Follow the prompts and activate the device’s Function button.NOTE : These steps can vary with each Z-Wave device.Read the device’s instructions and see Working with Z-WaveDevices in the User Guide.

    CONTROL SMART SCENES

    Smart Scenes are created by using Total Connect. However, SmartScenes can be manually started ( Run ) or placed on Hold using theLyric Controller Smart Scenes menu.

    1 Press the Smart Scenes icon.

    2 Enter Master User code.

    3 AllTriggered

    Anytime

    Scheduled

    Press All to list all the Smart Scenes programmedin the system.

    4 Select a Scene Select the desired Smart Scene from the list.

    5 RunORHold

    OR

    Show

    To run the selected scene, press Run .To suspend the selected scene, press Hold .To remove the hold later, repeat these steps andpress Hold again.To view the Smart Scene settings, press Show .

    VIEW CAMERAS(if installed)

    1 Press VIDEO icon.

    2 System may scan for cameras.

    3 Select up to 4 cameras.

    4 Press Display to view video from selectedcameras.

    5 Use zoom in, zoom out, and pan & tilt controls.

    6 Press Scan to list newly-installed cameras.

    SETTINGS

    1 Press Settings icon.

    2 Adjust screen brightness and Voice/Chimevolume.

    3 Press VOICE or CHIME to mute voiceannouncements and/or chime sounds if desired(highlighted [blue] button indicates muted).

    4 Press Clean icon before cleaning the screen; usea damp, soft cloth while screen is disabled for 15seconds.

    TEST THE SYSTEM(to be conducted weekly)

    Disarm the system and close all protected windows and doors.The Home button should show green.

    NOTE : No alarm messages are sent to your alarm monitoringcompany during these tests.

    1 Press Security icon on Home screen.

    2 Press Tools icon on Security screen.

    3 Enter the Master user code.

    4 Press Advanced icon, then select Walk Test .

    5 Trigger Zones Trigger (open and close) all zones.Listen for three beeps from the controller wheneach zone is triggered.

    6 Exit Test mode When testing is completed, press the Home button on the controller and enter the MasterUser Code if prompted.

    SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY NOTICEYour Honeywell security system is designed for use with devicesmanufactured or approved by Honeywell for use with your securitysystem. Your Honeywell security system is not designed for use withany device that may be attached to your security system's keypad orother communicating bus if Honeywell has not approved such devicefor use with your security system. Use of any such unauthorizeddevice may cause damage or compromise the performance of yoursecurity system and affect the validity of your Honeywell limitedwarranty. When you purchase devices that have been manufacturedor approved by Honeywell, you acquire the assurance that thesedevices have been thoroughly tested to ensure optimumperformance when used with your Honeywell security system.

    Lyric™ Lock

    Your system supports advanced features designed to keep itfunctioning optimally. These capabilities include: the ability tointeract with Honeywell and your dealer’s network for the setup andprogramming of its features, support for remote software updatesand the ability (when enabled by your monitoring dealer) to enhanceyour security by preventing an unauthorized takeover of the systemby another monitoring company. In the event that your dealer hasenabled the feature to prevent an unauthorized takeover and youwish to authorize a new company to take over your system, you mayrequest that Honeywell remotely disable this feature. Honeywell willrequire documentation that you have attempted to contact yourexisting security dealer and that they have failed to respond, orfailed to agree to your request.

    IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMSThe user may not under any circumstances attempt any service orrepairs to the security system. Repairs must be made only byauthorized service (see the LIMITED WARRANTY statement forinformation on how to obtain service).
