WelcomeIn this issue of LynnMall’s newsletter, we have teamed together some fashion tips that might help warm up your style this winter for the entire family. This season’s styling tips are designed to give you a taste of what’s available at LynnMall in terms of fashion for all ages.

We are delighted to bring back the Lego campaign which is called `A

little bit of…. School Holiday Fun’ for the July School Holidays. Our team has worked hard to create a bigger and better campaign this year. This will be FREE and you won’t need to register as it will be on a first come first serve basis. There is a different theme each day and you will find full details in this newsletter.

Also in this newsletter, we share with you Simone’s (from our Customer Service desk) favourite Broccoli & Blue cheese soup recipe

which she has chosen from the Countdown website. Of course, you can get all the soup ingredients from Countdown supermarket.

We also welcome new retailers; Fresh Flowers Wholesaler, Lovisa & Toyworld and some existing retailers with their new look Valleygirl and ANZ.

Winter Fashion at LynnMall

WInter doesn’t have to be dull! Invest in vibrant accessories courtesy of Cotton On Kids that are sure to keep the kids warm and looking cool at the same time. Keep outerwear basic with classic stripes and puffer vests and jackets from Pumpkin Patch.

This winter is all about comfort and style with best of the best slim fit jeans and chinos from Hallensteins and Just Jeans. Ensure your wardrobe is up-to-date with Winter staples to complete your look. Style old favourites with new season hues; burgundy, navy and mustard for some added colour!

Pretty in everythingThis season the ‘preppy’ trend takes centre stage. When the look is perfected it can take you through from day-to-night with an added accessory or two. Channel ‘feminine-chic’ with a-line hems and midi skirts by Glassons and Pagani. Freshen up your wardrobe with rustic hues and an array of textures and patterns. ‘More is more’ this season when it comes to accessories with oversized sunglasses, felt hats and splashes of metallic gold and silver jewellery by Glassons, Pagani and Cotton On.

Winter Warm UpSimone has found this winter warm up meal on the Countdown website which is great for the family on a cold night. All ingredients available from the LynnMall Countdown

Broccoli and Blue Cheese Soup Ingredients:

Method:

• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil• 1 Onion, peeled and

chopped• 2 cloves Garlic, crushed• 2 heads Broccoli, trimmed

and cut into florets

1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until golden.2. Add the broccoli and stock to the pan. Cover and bring the soup to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender. 3. Place the soup in the bowl of a food processor and whizz until it is smooth. Stir in the cream and blue cheese. Season to taste with the salt and pepper. 4. Ladle the soup into bowls, crumble over the extra blue cheese and sprinkle with the pine nuts. 5. Serve with toasted ciabatta.

• 4 cups Vegetable or Chicken stock• ½ cup Cream• 50g Blue Cheese, crumbled• salt and pepper to taste• 25g Blue Cheese, extra• 2 Tbsp toasted Pine Nuts
