Our new accommodation opened in September 2019 and boasts 483 beds across a variety of room types to suit all needs.

The accommodation was originally an 18th Century Mill which has been re-purposed and revitalized into a student haven.

What’s in the Room? Each Studio comes equipped with a kitchenette, which includes: Combi Microwave oven, undercounter fridge/freezer, cupboard space, double wardrobe, double bed, desk, chair and en-suite bathroom.The 1 and 2 bed apartments include one bathroom per person, kitchen with ceramic hobs and fan ovens, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table, chairs and sofas, and double beds as standard. The Townhouses and Clusters all have large kitchens, with cooker, ceramic hob and fridge/freezer. They also come equipped with large dining tables and chairs, sofas and storage space. There are ample bathrooms between students sharing these facilities and each room comes with a double war drobe, desk, chair, and doubl e bed as standard.

Radford Mill is situated between both Nottingham Trent University and University of Nottingham, with quick and convenient bus links to both. Nottingham Trent University and UON Jubilee campuses are also just a 15-minute walk away.

The buses to the town centre stop directly outside Radford Mill – making freshers nights a breeze.

Our Facilities

Radford Mill also boasts its own fully equipped on-site gym, accessible to all our residents. A Cinema Room with full wall projection, surround sound, apple air play to cast your own devices, and Netflix included. A games room for board games, table tennis and table football. Large common areas to relax and gather with your friends, as well as quiet study rooms for those last-minute cramming sessions!

We also have an on-site laundry, ample bin stores and a private, fully secure car park*.

*Use of car park incurs an extra charge per car.

We also recommend viewing our rooms before you book, so you can see exactly the kind of luxury accommodation we have on offer. Viewing can be booked from 10am to 3pm Monday-Friday. We require 48 hours-notice to viewings so we can let our current residents know!
