Rules & Regulations

No Refunds on early departures!

1. NO CAMPFIRES.2. Campers are responsible for the actions and

safety of their children and guests, including any damage they might cause.

3. Please observe our 10 mph speed limit.4. Office hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Seasonal).5. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.6. Put all trash in plastic bags and dispose of it in

the Dumpsters.7. Campers are expected to keep their sites clean

and tidy.8. Do not put BBQ grills on the picnic tables.

Tables are made of recycled plastic and will melt. Please dispose of charcoal properly. Do not dump on ground.

9. Price includes 2 adults and 2 children under 12; $5.00 per person for extras (visitors using facilities). Only registered guests and paid visitors are allowed in pool and shower areas. (No Refunds.)

10. There is a $2.00 fee for water to wash vehicles and $4.00 fee to wash RVs.

11. Only two vehicles and one RV may be parked in one camping space. No other trailers or storage containers.

12. No boats, jet skis, scooters or golf carts allowed in Resort.

13. All of our buildings are non-smoking areas. Please do not throw cigarette butts on ground.

14. No firearms or fireworks allowed in Resort.15. No tents, free-standing canopies or clotheslines

allowed.16. Alabama Board of Health requires airtight sewer

connectors. No grey or black water is to be drained on ground.

17. We welcome pets on a leash max. 6ft and under control. Please keep your pet out of all buildings, and walk your pet away from other campsites. Limit 2 dogs, non-aggressive only. No dog pens.

Do clean up after your pet immediately. Do not leave your pet unattended.
