Aluminum Header with Trusses—This heavy-duty aluminum header system with reinforced trusses runs the entire length of every Lifestyle to support the massive full-wall slide out systems found on no other fifth wheel.

Box-framed Steel Deck in Bath and Bedroom Area—Another exclusive to Lifestyle, the box frame creates a more solid foundation for full-wall and large bedroom slide systems. Box framed steel has less flex and twist resulting in higher structural integrity to support the one-and-only Lifestyle full wall side.

The Exclusive Rear Basement Storage—Found only on a Lifestyle, this huge basement storage in the rear of the coach is a result of the raised-floor system in the exclusive Titan Structure frame. Three slam latch doors provide access to 37 cubic feet of finished, lighted, storage.

Walls feature gel-coat fiberglass and lauan backer set atop high gradealuminum frame, 16" on center. Owens Corning® fiberglass insulation and FlexFoil™ complete the construction and have decorated interior wall board.

THE EXCLUSIVE TITAN STRUCTURE. The Titan Structure™ frame is built in-house for the ultimate in

quality control and seamless integration with the chassis and core

components of your Lifestyle fifth wheel. The double-stacked, box-

steel tube frame is designed for superior strength and durability.

The deeper frame provides space for keeping utilities and water tanks

protected in an enclosed, heated space. The Titan Structure also supports

the weight of the aluminum cage, hung wall system built 16” on center.

STRUCTURE

TPO Hybrid Roofing with ½” plywood roof decking and FlexFoil™provides a greater level of comfort with two layers of Owens Corning® fiberglass insulation, supported by high grade aluminum trusses 16" on center and finished with decorative interior ceiling boards.

Flooring showcases carpet/linoleum set on a Rebond carpet pad and 5⁄8" tongue and groove plywood. Owens Corning® fiberglass insulation is strengthened by high grade aluminum floor, 16" on center beneath a first polyflex vapor barrier.12" of insulated air space, along with a second and third layer of fiberglass insulation, 12" double stacked box tube steel frame and second polyflex vapor barrier complete the construction.

The Exclusive Lifestyle Full Wall Slide.

Only Lifestyle fifth wheels have full-wall slide systems. That’s because only Lifestyle has engineered the most reliable, heavy-duty slide-out mechanism and supporting structure to handle full-wall slide technology.

Built with a raised floor that creates a subfloor for tanks and mechanicals. Side rams run above this frame, not through it, for extra strength.

Lifestyle slide outs operate on a reliable, heavy duty rack and pinion gearing mechanism—no hydraulic lines to leak and fail.
