along with extreme organic architecture and parametric designs

proving everyday that boundaries of architecture and design can be

mansion aesthetics are based on three main materials stone glass and

wood which along with other materials are claiming high end

amazing view overlooking a part of the city At night the city lighted up

o ers a great view for the owners and the home itself is being lighted

up in a great manner Every corner of the home that has aesthetics

values it`s being pointed out at night when the swimming pools are

As you would expect cantilevers are a must in such designs therefore

making a huge statement here the main bedroom surpasses the

structure by six meters creating an extremely dynamic perspective

ldquoClean architectural lines with a warmth and Zen like ambiance

The clients requested that we create a dream house for their site in the

Zimbali forest estate Several bodies of water including Koi ponds

water features and a rim ow swimming pool appear to coalesce into

one and ow through the house and out into the forest The stacked

roof is fragmented and linked with at roof slabs in correspondence to

the spatial arrangement of the rooms below which both scales and

articulates the massing of the house The main bedroom suite

cantilevers six metres over the patio below providing protection from

the weather as well as ldquowowrdquo factor Large amounts of glazing optimize

views of the indigenous bush that encapsulates the house and together

with the palette of raw materials including natural timber o shutter

concrete water and natural stone cladding o set the clean

architectural lines with a warmth and Zen like ambiancerdquo
