QUALITY WOODLugarde uses first class pine wood which

grows in the Northern countries where the

climate is cold and trees grow slowly.

Because of this the growth rings are closer

together which makes the wood more stable.

All our wood is dried in special drying rooms

to approx. 14-16% moisture content, as a

result, wood shrinkage is reduced.

DURABILITYAll of our wood suppliers are PEFC and

FSC certified. It is our mission to have our

products made recyclable. We keep waste

wood and sawdust to a minimum. We also

re-use waste wood and sawdust for other

purposes.

The Pro-system has robust laminated posts of 14 x 14 cm. The wall elements

can be easily slid into the grooves of the posts. Due to the unique construction,

developed by Lugarde, the aluminium strip ensures a very solid construction.

It simplifies the assembly as the wall elements do not need to be assembled from

the top down.

The Pro-system offers a robust and modern look with many varieties and

possibilities.

The log cabin system is made with a corner connection that has both high wind and water

resistance.

Lugarde can produce your log cabin exactly to the sizes you desire. Limitless designs are

possible.

The walls of the Prima 3 = 1 system involve a

technique, developed by Lugarde, whereby

the milled wall sections slot perfectly into the

corresponding corner uprights. The corner

uprights are fitted on the inside with slide-in

aluminium strips, a system that greatly enhances

the strength and durability of the summerhouse.

The Prima 3 = 1 system is an extremely stable

construction that is easy to assemble. The walls

are put together without nails or screws, allowing

for any expansion of the wood.

spray or pressure treatmentExamples of the various colours available:

With pressure treatment, the impregnating

fluid is forced into the wood. This process

takes place in a vacuum chamber. Firstly, a

vacuum is created and then it is filled with an

impregnating agent. The impregnated wood

becomes swollen, it is therefore necessary to

allow a longer delivery time to allow for drying.

When a log cabin is pressure treated there is

no need for additional treatment. It is possible

however to paint the cabin afterwards.

Please note if you have to cut any wood on

site or if there are any nicks/dents in the wood

then it is important to apply a further “touch

up” preservative treatment to these parts.

Pressure treatment is only possible with

the Log cabin or Pro system.

Pressure treatment is available in:

Your summerhouse, log cabin or veranda (spray) treated.

If you choose a factory treatment for your summerhouse, then your summerhouse

is protected against fungi and rotting processes. You will still need to paint your

summerhouse within 1 year. Painting gives it the additional protection it needs against

weather influences such as rain and sunshine.

Main advantages of spray treatment:

• The entire building is treated including all the parts that are unreachable after

installation.

• Your summerhouse is already pre-treated with a base coat

• Your summerhouse is instantly protected against fungi and rotting processes

after assembly.

• The inside of your summerhouse is protected and does not need to be

treated again in the future.

You have a choice between 4 colours. You may also choose between more then

1 colour per house.

So in total you may choose 3 colours.

spray or pressure treatmentYour summerhouse, veranda or pro-system pre-treated and painted (not possible with the log cabin system)

If you choose this option then we will treat the entire inside & outside (the parts which

will also be painted) with a colourless base. After this treatment we will paint the entire

outside walls of your summerhouse in the colour chosen by you.

The walls under the canopy will be painted on the outside as well. The inside will be

treated with the colourless base. If you want to paint this with the same colour then you

can order the paint together with your summerhouse.

With this treatment your summerhouse is protected for 2 to 3 years. Optimal result and

a perfect finish can be achieved by sanding it lightly and treat it with 1 more layer after

assembly. If this is done then your summerhouse is protected for 4 to 5 years. If you are

planning to do this then please do not forget to order the additional paint together with

your building.

Windows and doors are painted with 3 layers by us.

Your summerhouse will be treated with Remmers products. Remmers products are

the perfect protection against UV radiation, water, fungi and contain an anti-fouling

protection as well. Products are water-based and therefore are an environmentally

conscious choice.

You have a choice of 3 colours:

Windows and doors 1 colour

Walls and/or fascias 1 colour

Posts and/or fascias 1 colour

* Please note: When choosing opaque white paint it can happen that brown/yellow

stains are visible (resin from knots). This is possible, despite the use of a treatment agent

and paint. This cannot be prevented and is therefore no reason for a reclamation.

The roofs of octagonal summerhouses (ø 250 and ø 300 cm) and oval summerhouses

thick). To finish off we also offer the option to insulate the walls. This system is delivered with

pressure treated beams which are fitted to the outside walls. These beams have slots that make

sure that outside walls can move independently from the inside walls. We also deliver special

clips, breathing membrane foil and an inside wall of 19 mm thick wall boards.

A beautiful new system whereby the wall elements are slid into thick posts of 14 x 14 cm.

This creates a robust and modern look. With this system we offer you the flexibility to
