MISSION

TEMPERED GLASS Tempered glass is manufactured through a process of extreme heating and rapid cooling, making it harder than normal glass. It is four to five times more resistant against breakage than unprocessed glass and does not shatter into sharp shards when it breaks into pieces. This eliminates the danger of sharp edges. Due to this property, along with its strength, tempered glass is often referred to as safety glass.

OVERVIEW TO GLASSThe first documented glass making was around 3000 years ago in Egypt and was first used as a glaze for pottery and other items.

From a physical viewpoint, glass is an undercooled liquid. At room temperature, glass is solid, at approximately 1,000 °C it is formable and at temperatures of between 1,400 °C and 1,650 °C it melts. Glass has many positive and practical properties which lead to its very many uses.

Common glass is made mostly from quartz sand, and this functional and necessary material is used in everyday life such as watches, glasses and many other frequently used objects. Without glass the world would be a dark place without even a light bulb to light a room.

LAMINATED GLASS Laminated glass consists of 2 or more glass layers combined through the application of heat and pressure with the placement of a hard protective substance called polyvinyl butyral (PVB) in between. This glass is the kind of glass that does not fall into pieces when smashed.

DOUBLE GLAZING Double Glazing is an insulated glass unit formed through the combination of two or more glass plates within factory conditions in such a way as to contain dry air or gases in between to reduce sound and heat transfer.

This stunning design concept has been intricately developed in order to fit with any type of architecture, classic or modern. It is a product that doesn’t use aluminium profiles between the glass panels, and the aluminium used at the top and base of the panels can be painted in every colour including digital wood effect.

This is a successful architectural solution that integrates indoor comfort with an outdoor living space.

A delightful design line running throughout the product enables any colour combination so that it can be personalized to individual taste. The weight of the glass is shared equally between the top and bottom rail and between each pane of glass there is a special wind-block seal.

HANGING SYSTEM

This clean cut Hanging System does not have any rail on the floor. With a specially designed joint system, that screws the glass directly to the profile providing extra strength and stability, the glass panels are moved safely only along the top rail. Along the bottom a special rubber seal prevents rain and air.

The first pane of glass can be installed as a lockable door and all the wings can be secured into place with the durable Inox locks. This wheel system has an intelligent parking technology where the pane of glass is guided into the right track by itself.

GLASS SYSTEMS FOLDING GLASS SYSTEMS

With its special frameless design the customer is able to enjoy the panoramic views around them, from within the enclosed area.

Wheels at the top of each panel are adjustable to ensure easy manoeuvring. Aluminium profiles can be painted in every colour, including digital wood effect and the top rail can be hidden directly into the ceiling for a cleaner finish.

BUTTERFLY SYSTEM

A joint system that screws the glass directly to the profile provides extra strength and stability. Along the bottom of the window pane there is a special rubber seal which prevents rain and air. Its first pane of glass can be installed as a lockable door and all wings can be secured into place with the durable Inox locks.

The wheel system at the top of each wing is adjustable to ensure easy manoeuvring of the panels. Completely transparent views enable a life intertwined with nature.


The butterfly system is carried along the top rail from a centrally placed wheel.

DOUBLE GLASS FOLDING SYSTEM

With perfect water and heat insolation as well as being completely airtight it integrates indoor and outdoor living.

Each panel is enclosed with an aluminium frame and in turn connected to each other with strong hinges.

Small wheels along the top and bottom of the frame enables the panel to open and close in the accordion folding style.

The strength of this system enables it to carry heavy panels and the extra rubber surround makes the system completely air tight and waterproof.


This protective and classy concept has been developed in order to provide maximum comfort to any living space.

It is an ingenious form of glass fencing that can either be installed directly into the ground giving the appearance of the glass coming straight up from the earth or into a metal rail that runs along the bottom of the pane of glass.

Reflecting its name, the Spider System has a number of metal arms, at the end of each being a special screw which attaches to the sheets of glass. A special connection system which holds the panes of glass, is powerful enough to overcome mechanical pressure and weather conditions.
