Lucky Duck Wiring Harness

The following is a wiring diagram for any Lucky Duck spinning wing or flapping wing duck decoy, excluding our “HD” series. Connect wiring to the motor:

1. White wire attaches to the positive terminal on the motor (the positive terminal is the top terminal of the motor and should have a red dot by the terminal)

2. Blue wire attaches to the negative terminal on the motor (the negative terminal is the bottom terminal of the motor and should be unmarked)

3. When properly connected the motor shaft should turn counter clockwise. If the wires are reversed the motor will simply turn clockwise which will result in the wings spinning into the wind reducing battery life.

Connect wiring to the switch:

1. Purple wire attaches to the “I” terminal on the switch 2. Yellow wire attaches to the “O” or middle terminal on the switch 3. Orange wire attaches to the “II” terminal on the switch

Models with the speed control:

1. White wire connects to either end terminal on the speed control 2. Spare jumper wire connects the middle terminal on the speed control to the positive terminal on the

motor (the positive terminal is the top terminal of the motor and should have a red dot by the terminal) For rechargeable battery models, the black (-) wire connects to the negative battery terminal and the red (+) wire connects to the positive battery terminal. For models which run on AA batteries, the red and black wires will have a battery pack connector with a round and square terminal to attach to your battery pack.

Lucky Duck™ warrants this product against all manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Abuse of the product (submerged in water, dropped, mistreatment etc.) is not covered. Please return and exchange the defective unit to the store where you purchased the product.
