Monday, October 18, 1999 To Whom It May Concern: With the present letter I would like to state that for all the time I worked for Mike Kelly (Sept 98 – Oct 99) he provided invaluable help to the organization and to my career and my know how. To the global European Organization Mike brought an organized way to work creating within all the European Distributors one only working team. It was not easy to build relationship with companies with different cultures that saw Mike as an “American guy” in who they did not trust at all. They start to love to work with him and looking for him more and more when the have seen their problem solved. He worked as a link between the US Mother Company and all the European Distributors flying around Europe 90% of his time scarifying his private life. He taught me how to track the day by day issues, when is the moment to give and when is the right moment to ask, but never ask if you did not delivered something valuable before !! He demonstrated to be a real team leader and I learned more from him in twelve months than in my last five years. If I had my own company I wish I had Mike as CEO.
