Castings produced with Lubrix 4065 have smooth and brilliant surface finish. Applied in Aluminium pressure diecasting foundries. DILUTION RATIOS Lubrix 4065 should be diluted with water. Typical dilution is 1 part of product into 80120 parts of water (in volume). The perfect dilution rate should be determined by experience. A too rich mixture (low dilution rate) could have lower releasing properties than one diluted to maximum. Important to consider, the parameters of die temperatures, casting's geometry and thickness, machines cycles and cooling system. METHOD OF USE The exact quantity of product should be added into an exact quantity of potable water. Pour the product into water, stir the content and start using the emulsion. Do not leave diluted product standing for more than 24 hours. PACKAGING AND STORAGE 25 kg. steel pails 200 kg. steel drums 1000 kg. tanks (on request) Store the product above freezing temperature.
