First Responder Procedure: 1. Immediate Care of individual(s) 2. Activation of EMS

- Give name, title/position, address and specific location on campus, telephone number, age of individual injured, condition of injured, first-aid treatment given, other information as requested. Hang up only when told.

- Give specific directions: - “From Highway 87 and Woodrow Road go west. Take the first turn north into the

parking lot. Follow the road along the east side of the lot into the circle drive in front of the high school. Enter through the northernmost door on the east side of the circle drive.”

- Retrieve emergency equipment. - AED for the main gym is on court level hallway on the visitors side of the bleachers. - AED for back gyms is located on the far northeast wall inside the gyms. - Splint bag and medical kit located in Athletic Training Room.

- Direct EMS to scene. - Open side door - Direct someone to flag down EMS
