What is HYDROFASTER® and what is its purpose?HYDROFASTER® is an Oxyhydrogen generator supported by an electronic control unit anda electronic current absorption regulator and can be installed in endothermic enginesdrastically reducing pollutant emissions and saving fuel.
What are the HYDROFASTER® operating temperatures?
This is definitely one of the biggest HYDROFASTER® strengths.Working at constant operating temperature, HYDROFASTER® system preserves thehydrogen producing cell, avoiding the damage caused by excessive heat.
How to recharge the liquid HYDROFASTER®?
When installed, a specific water solution is supplied and then will have to be topped up whennecessary.
How does HYDROFASTER® improves engine performance?
We consider an important factor: the endothermic engines do not burn all the fuel injectedinto the combustion chamber; the residue is thus expelled from the exhaust system resultingin a waste and a high rate of smoke and pollutants. This "supercharging" allows the fuel toburn in its entire volume with a consequent clear improvement. This is the secret which allowsHYDROFASTER® to reduce pollution caused by the incomplete or bad fuel combustion.
How much energy does HYDROFASTER® requires?HYDROFASTER® runs on a low amperes’ absorption This characteristic is the result of yearsof experimentation on a wide variety of engines types and sizes.
What maintenance does HYDROFASTER® require ?
Virtually none, excepting a timely refill of the tank with the appropriate water solution, everysome 5/8000 km, depending on the location and the size of the device and the tank.
When hydrogen is produced?
The device is designed to generate hydrogen only when the engine is running.
Will this technology assist in reducing the Greenhouse Effect?Yes! HYDROFASTER® drastically reduces CO2 emissions of any internal combustion engineas well as the emission levels of NOx and HC which are the main responsible for thegreenhouse effect. Moreover, the tests carried out showed reductions of up to 90% ofparticulate matter and, depending on the type of engine, reductions from 60% to 85% of thedangerous emissions in general.
HYDROFASTER® can cause engine overheating?Absolutely not; hydrogen is produced only when the engine is running and is supplied directlyinto the combustion chamber. It actually favors a decrease in engine’s operatingtemperatures.

Is This system likely to freeze in cold weather conditions?
No. We have tested the system down to -30 ° C without any problems. All componentsincluding the internal water solution to HYDROFASTER®, can withstand extremely lowtemperatures.
How HYDROFASTER® can contribute in preserving the engine?The addition of hydrogen and oxygen into the fuel produces a better combustion ofhydrocarbons in general, thus drastically reducing the build-up of "unburnt residues", whichare among the main causes of the engines deterioration.
On which engines can HYDROFASTER® be installed on ?
HYDROFASTER® can be installed on all internal combustion engines as diesel, gasoline,LPG, for cars, trucks, campers, tractors, construction equipment, diesel generators, marineengines and gas heater boilers.
WARRAnTY
Hydrofaster® S.r.l. ensures the device for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase; in case aredetected defects in materials or assembly errors; Hydrofaster® S.r.l. just in case the faulty or damaged deviceis remitted to the necessary checks to Hydrofaster® S.r.l. or a authorized office by it, and with specialized andapproved staff, will be repaired or replace the device free of charge.
Hydrofaster® S.r.l. will repair or replacement under warranty only in the presence of appropriate documentationhaving certain date in the date for installation with serial number of the device so that it can be proved that onthe day of the request for the replacement or repair covered by the warranty period provided that the appropriatecontrol and warranty seals on the device are intact. The warranty does not cover any failure of the devicecaused by any kind and origin of accidents. The warranty will not be valid and operative in the event of:
1) Incorrect use or in any case different from that to which the device (system) is destined;2) Poor or faulty maintenance (ex. loss to use the liquid supplied by Hydrofaster® S.r.l.;3) Devices modified, altered or repaired by persons not expressly authorized by Hydrofaster® S.r.l.
For use and proper maintenance of the device, the user must carefully follow the instructions provided in theattached instructions, and must refrain from actions or uses described as unwanted or improper, or that arenot recommended in the instructions.In any case Hydrofaster® S.r.l. shall not be responsible for any damages caused by defects and/or malfunctionsof the device.

Nel mese di luglio 2017 è stata attuata una sperimentazione del dispositivo Hydrofaster, fornito ed installato da Ferd & Co. Ltd., a bordo di un autobus di linea (matr. az.le 4423) modello IVECO 380.10.35 Euroclass, con oltre 16 anni di servizio dotato di motore con quasi 1.000.000 km., classe emissioni Euro2. Il veicolo è stato scelto sia per l’età sia perché appartenente ad una tipologia “critica” per l’azienda in considerazione della composizione del parco bus. Il test è si sviluppato in un arco di circa 30 giorni, periodo in cui l’autobus è stato utilizzato sempre sulla stessa linea e, prevalentemente, con l’impiego dello stesso conducente. La linea su cui l’autobus operava ed ha operato durante il periodo di sperimentazione (Genova-Creto-Montoggio), della lunghezza di circa 27 km., è caratterizzata da un tratto impegnativo di salita di 8,8 km con pendenza media del 5.9%
Le rilevazioni del test hanno registrato 3 parametri: a) il fattore di opacità (K) b) i consumi medi c) la temperatura di funzionamento
circa il primo parametro si è registrato con idonea apparecchiatura aziendale il fattore K del motore prima dell’installazione del dispositivo e al termine della sperimentazione: il valore medio ante è risultato pari a 2.5, sceso a 0.4 alla conclusione

Relativamente ai consumi i dati sono stati confrontati con quelli relativi ai giorni precedenti all’avvio del test, con l’autobus ovviamente utilizzato sulla stessa linea e sulle stesse corse, al fine di ricercare le migliori analogie di utilizzo (carico, temperature esterne, etc.). I dati hanno rilevato una diminuzione dei consumi superiore al 21%, passando da una media di 0.52 l/km a 0.41 l/km.
