05.8.2014 To, The Secretary Affiliated District Units of KBSA Sir, Sub :– Issue of Certificates for State Championships - reg As advised by Secretary KBSA it is hereby informed that

1. Certificates of Merit and participation for State Championships will be issued only at the venue of the championships.

2. Certificates will be issued only if details and photograph of participants are submitted to the Referee of the tournament on the first day of the Championships itself.

3. Certificates will be issued only on producing two stamp sized photographs for each certificate to be issued

Districts Secretaries are advised to strictly verify the details of the

participants before submitting the same to KBSA for issue of certificates
