1. How to locate Mid Term Survey on LSST Connect

Step 1. Open any web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Internet explorer etc.) and type https://portal.lsst.ac/ to

access LSST Connect directly

Or

https://www.lsst.ac and click the ‘Students’ link from the top menu as indicated in Fig.1

Step 2. Once LSST Connect portal is opened you will see the following screen, click the indicated link (in

Fig. 2) to login into the portal.

Fig2 Step 3. Enter your username and password (this is the same as you use to access the school computer).

Note: Your username is not your email address; in most cases it will be your student ID.

Step 4. On successful login you will see LSST Connect navigational page. Under 1. My Courses of

navigation block on left side of the page you will see sub category named 2. Mid Term Survey. Go to your

relevant campus and click on 3. MTSE- Mid-Term Student Experience.

Step 5. Under My Opinion block on your relevant Mid Term Student Experience page click on Mid Term

Student Experience as show below:

Step 6. Click on Answer the questions in order to see the Mid Term Survey.

Step 7. Kindly answer all the questions as per your academic experience of the school.

Step 8. Don’t forget to click on Submit your answers button at the bottom of page.

FAQ

1. My username and password is not working.

Following are some reasons why you might experience trouble to login:

• Please make sure your caps lock is not on, as the password is case sensitive.

• If you forgot the password you can request from IT support to reset the password.

• LSST administration might have blocked your account due to valid reason(s). Please

contact the relevant department.

• Contact IT support to identify problem(s) if the correct username and password is being used

but are unable to login.

2. I cannot see my course, and or relevant modules after logging into LSST Connect:

If you have recently registered or enrolled, then please visit IT Support Centre.
