What compels you to partner with LoveWorldSAconsistently?

elevision is a great platorm that has been le in the handso mere men and they have used this platorm to shapethe lives o men wrongly. Tere are diverse programs andprogramming that are not consistent with Gods plan. Teworld believes in the power o television. Tey take what

comes rom television as law, children grow up becomingthe television characters thrown at them, their beliesystems altered by the kind o news and programs theyare exposed to. Until stations like LoveWorldSA cameup, it was almost as though God did not exist and nothinggood exists or at least on television besides negative news. LoveWorldSA has brought in rich programming totelevision that are lie transorming, gospel music, andinspirational messages and much more. It is shaping livesand giving direction to the world, bringing the messageo the gospel to them. Tis is why I am consistent in my

partnership, because I want to bring change to my world

Why is it important or everyone to partner withLoveWorldSA?

It is important or everyone to partner with LoveWorldSAbecause it is one o our strategies as a ministry to reach

As a partaker in the supernatural growth oLoveWorldSA, what words o encouragement do youhave or people who are yet to be consistent partners with

the station?

I would say, Partnership is our liestyle and the key to

being relevant and having lasting success is to be consistentwith it. It is what we have been called to do as builders andco-laborers with our Man o God. It is worthy to mentionalso that, God remains consistent and aithul to His wordor us, so we must all be consistent and aithul to His justcause by reaching out to the lost through our Partnership.

I wouldnt say one in particular because they are all

inspiring and educative.

None that I can think o.

Motivational and personal development programs.

n the previous month o June, weve put out a poll on our Yookos homepageand website calling or votes or presenter o the month. You, our beloved

reader/viewer answered and here we are delivering the results to you.Tree presenters o the best shows in LoveWorldSA battled on the goodght o who comes on top, and the June crown goes to ehillah Chimwembe.

Aer getting so many votes, we made it our mission to honour her with aninterview. Well were also inquisitive to hear how the presenter o the month oJune is enjoying the ruits o her labour. Without much ado, she boldly givesus the secret ingredients to her success. Im in awe o the grace bestowed uponme. He keeps lavishing me with avour and garnishing my lie with glory. Howcan I not be lled with gratitude? So more than anything, I am grateul to Godand His children who continuously see something in me, elucidates ehillah.

We are caught in the moment by the enthusiasm o this young woman. Her

edgy and adventurous presentation style, grooming and congeniality keep usglued to Kaleidoscope. We ask her what inspires her to be the best presenter,and she dexterously rephrases our question to: More so who than what...its obvious...its Christ. she emphasizes. She continues to say, Who better to ollow than the His Excellency? TroughPastor Chris teachings, I have learnt that as a child o the Most High, I cannot be average. I have been taught that Iought to distinguish mysel in everything I set out to do. He has taught me that I cannot but stand out as a symbol oexcellence.

It is unquestionable that the viewers had declared her the shining star o the month. She encourages her industry peersto always be aware that they are excellent children o an excellent God. He has handpicked you, so represent Him tothe nations o the world. I know more than anyone else that its not by my ability that Im able to do what I do. None oit is sel-taught but Spirit-lead. So i there is one single piece o advice that I can share with you, it would be not to rely

on your own ability but on His. Rely on the one at work in you and remember to smile while youre at it.

We are captivated and enlightened as she concludes. What condence she expresses in the One that is at work in herboth to will and to do o His good pleasure! It was during the period I was preparing or my

exams, so I called in to be prayed or so that I

can pass my exams. Praise God! I received my

How long have you been working atLoveWorldSA?

I started working in Ministry in July 2007 onthe Church side and l was later transerred to work underLoveWorldSA in October last 2012. I have been here orsix years now.

What are the skills required to succeed as an editor?

First and oremost you need to have passion and love orthe job. As an editor you need to understand the ultimateobjective that you want to achieve or communicate to the

viewership. In order to be eective at this work you needto be smart in terms organizing your media in any givenproject. You have to be resilient, diligent, disciplined andhave ull knowledge o his sowares and what is requiredas the end product.

Name the equipment you use in dispensing your

responsibilities?

I use Final Cut Pro 7 and the latest version Final cut ProX (10) which works with Mac Pro Xeon 64 Bit Station.I can also use Adobe Premier (CS 5 or CS6) on a PCor Mac Pro machine. On sound editing l use AdobeAudition. Although l am not a ull-time graphic designerl can also work on Photoshop, Aer Eects, Cinema 4Dand Motion 4 to create graphics that might be requiredor my work.

What equipment would you like to use in the nearuture, and why?

In the near uture l would like to do vision mixing orPastor Oses live programs and some o the other studioshows that l edit. Tis will make my work easier andaster when it comes post-production as l will know ithere are any errors and how they need to xed.

What are some o the shows that showcase your bestwork?

Te work is spiritual. I have worked on DivineConnectivity, Kaleidoscope, Dynasty Music, RhapsodyO Realities, Reach Out South Arica (ROSA) and lam currently working on Victorious Living, Business

Intelligence, Arican Perspectives and Global Panorama.All these shows look beautiul and l have learnt to doGods best in all o them.

Where do you see yoursel at LoveWorldSA in 5 years?

In ve years time, l see mysel growing withLoveWorldSA as it becomes the best leading andmost watched television station in the whole world andcontinues to impact and transorm lives o many people.On personal development, l would like to continuemaking amends in improving my graphic designingbecause this is such a vital component in my line o work.

What do you fnd special and unique about workinghere?

Here, the standards are very high. Te yardstick operormance can measure to anything in the corporateworld. Here you get cooked and get ripe. You are taughtto multi task and to produce excellent results not in one,two or three but in everything that concerns your work.It has been a privilege and honour to work with PastorOse. Te woman is amazing and is such an epitome oexcellence and beauty.
