Tuning an LPG is not an easy task especially if it is a Closed Loop (With secondary ECU,

injectors and all) !f it is a closed loop, "etter #$T to touch it "ecause it needs so%e %oretools like Engine scanner, LPG e&haust checking %achine etc!f it is a open loop, you can try tuning "y follo'ing the steps "elo'

tep !dentify a s%all scre' to'ards the side on the "otto% part of the con*erter (!dling adjust%entscre')

tep + !dentify a Tap like de*ice(Gas flo' scre') on a tu"e 'hich goes fro% the Top of con*erter tothe ir -o&.car"uretor

tep / !dentify a drain nut to'ards the under side of the con*erter

tep 0 1ake sure that you ha*e *ery CLE# air filter 'hich is %andatory for good LPG perfor%ance!f you ha*e a *ery "ad air filter, replace it or else clean it using a *acuu% cleaner or an air "lo'er

tep 2 3eep a plastic co*er to'ards the under side of the con*erter $pen the drain scre' using aplyer !f so%e thick li4uid is flo'ing out of con*erter, let all the li4uid flo' out $r else close the drainnut properly and tightly

tep 5 tart the engine

tep 6 lo'ly rotate the idling adjust%ent scre' clock'ise (for so%e %odels anticlock'ise) so thatthe engine speed increases (raises) a "it

tep 7 lo'ly rotate the Gas flo' scre' clock'ise till the point 'hen the engine is a"out to stall(getting off)

tep 8 lo'ly rotate the Gas flo' scre' nti9clock'ise till the point 'hen the engine is a"out to stall(getting off)

tep :; #o' "et'een these points, try to get a point 'here the engine speed is %a&i%u% !n thatpoint, rotating the scre' in either clock'ise or anticlock'ise 'ould actually %ake the engine runslo'er

tep 3eep the Gas flo' scre' in that position and try to raise your car using your accelerator
