to speak with you on what

Our Family Reunion has

grown to the point where we

need to add money to our

Treasury Account. The pur-

pose of having a account is to

cover any and all expenses

associated with financing the

LOWE – BOWDEN Family

Reunion . Our goal is to en-

sure that each family member

is properly and appropriately

honored during the passing of

love ones and to ensure your

Annual Family Reunion is a

success each year. Yes, we

do have cost associated with

preparing for the reunion by

printing programs, mailing

letters, and general operating

business actions. This also

includes sending a card to the

family of a deceased love

one.

Therefore, I am asking each

family at this time to donate

$5.00 to build up our Treas-

ury Account. This is not $5.00

per person, but $5.00 from

each family. You may donate

more if you so desire, but for

now just $5.00 per family.

Please send all donations to

Doris Bouyer at 403 Works

Farm Road, Warsaw NC 28398.

I will ask the Treasury Ac-

count officials to provide a

financial report bi-annually of

our balance which will be for-

warded to all of you.

Thank you,

President Donald Wooten

FAMILY BUSINESS

this important task, Roddell and

his wife, Barbara, shared their

feelings with us on our recent

visit with them. We asked Bar-

bara how she feels about this

deployment. Her Response was,

“I feel like he will be okay and

he will take care of his soldiers

over there, but more impor-

tantly take care of himself.” We

asked Roddell

what was on his mind. He re-

sponded, “I am concerned

about my family and taking care

of my guys over there.” Levie

Lowe, Donald Wooten, Doctor

James Lowe, Joseph Lowe and

Melvin Lowe had the honor

and privilege of sharing a meal

with Roddell at a local restau-

rant in Fayetteville, NC called

“Tripps”.

It is important that the family

know Clabon Roddell Lowe

will be deployed to Afghani-

stan, around Thanksgiving. Be-

cause of his strong upbringing

and leadership skills instilled in

him by Clabon and Elizabeth

Lowe, we are very sure that

God’s hands will lead and bring

him back to us. During his

preparation for

Military deployment to Afghanistan - Clabon Roddell Lowe “I feel like he

will be okay and

he will take care

of his soldiers

over there, but

more

importantly take

care of himself.”

Uncle Levy has a seizure disor-

der that has yet to be named

but is under control with medi-

cation. Melvin continues to care

for him. Judy Aaron celebrated

her 80th birthday in October.

Congratulations to her! Johnnie

Hi Family members and happy

holidays to all of you. From my

corner to begin with I'm happy

to report that Aunt Sallie and

Uncle Bill are okay. She had a

fall several months ago but only

sustained a laceration that has

healed well. They also cele-

brated their wedding anniver-

Lee Faison and family are doing

well also. Barbara Faison was

recently contacted regarding the

burial site of her grandmother,

Elizabeth Lowe Kornegay. She

is buried in the Winn Cemetery

Mt. Olive, N.C. Barbara Harris

reported that her family was

well also.
