Thank you for your interest in hosting your wedding at the Ice House!

Our event directors and coordinators offer a private intimate

experience from the moment you first walk into our doors. From

initial meeting to execution, your special day will be given the

attention to detail and professionalism it deserves.

MAIN HALL RECEPTION PACKAGE

The Main Hall reception package includes access to the Main Hall, The

East Terrace and the Mezzanine Level for a 4-hour event period. This

package is perfect for Cocktail Hour and Reception, and can

accommodate up to 350 guests.

ROOFTOP GARDEN CEREMONY, MAIN HALL RECEPTION PACKAGE

This package includes access to the Rooftop Garden for the ceremony,

and the Main Hall reception package for the reception. This package is

for a 4-hour event period.*

This is our most popular ceremony and reception package.

ROOFTOP GARDEN RECEPTION PACKAGE

This package includes the Rooftop Garden for the reception. This

package is for a 4-hour event period and can accommodate up to 250

guests.

*Wedding Ceremony Packages will be charged a 12% Ceremony Coordination Fee.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Included with each package, Client’s receive access to the Ice House tables/chairs, security for their event, housekeep-

ing, on-site reception coordination and event set-up and breakdown.

The Ice House’s inventory of tables and chairs is available to you when you book your event. We have up to 300 one-of

-a-kind Chameleon Chairs, 300 white cushioned folding chairs, 50 60” rounds, 15 6-foot tables, 15 cocktail tables and

one set of outdoor lounge furniture (two chairs and one sofa).

The Ice House provides one uniformed security guard for your event. All housekeeping is included, ensuring that the

space is clean upon arrival, and maintains its appearance throughout the duration of your event. The Ice House’s staff

will set up and break down your complete event, from start to finish.

The Ice House offers on-site reception coordination. A dedicated individual that is with you from initial meeting, all the

way through execution of your event. We handle every last detail of your Wedding Reception:

20x20 Black Dance Floor = $400.00

Portable Heaters = $120.00/heater

Black Chair Cushion Upgrade = $1.00 per cushion

Outdoor Firepits = $250.00/each

Ceremony Arbor = $120.00

LIGHTING

LED colored up-lighting throughout Main Hall = $600.00

Includes 27 multi-color LED fixtures, 9 puck lights, back bar lighting and lobby up-lighting, Fiber-optic bar top, East Terrace market lights

Gobo Monogram Light = $150.00

Pin-Spot Lighting = Price available upon request

Market Lights in Main Hall = $90.00/strand (minimum 6) + $300 labor/delivery and strike

AUDIO/VISUAL

The Ice House is exclusive with C&H Audio Visual. Pricing is available upon request for any sound systems, microphones, projectors, screens or additional audio visual needs.

ADDITIONS

Additional Hour for event = $250.00/hour

Additional Hour for set-up = $60.00/hour

Day before event blocking fee (entire day) = $2,000.00

Bathroom Attendant = $25.00/attendant/hour

Coat Check room and attendant = $25.00/attendant/hour (2-hour minimum)

Draping for Main Hall Ceiling = Quote available upon request

CRUSHED ICE CATERING

The Ice House’s founding partnership with Crushed Ice Catering allows for seamless execution on your

special day. Crushed Ice Catering has been the exclusive caterer to the Ice House since inception in 2010.

Crushed Ice Catering’s ability to please and exceed Client's expectations is unprecedented in the Louisville

market. All food, beverages, linen, flatware, china, event staff, etc. is provided by Crushed Ice Catering.

RENTAL RULES & POLICIES

The Ice House recommends that you schedule an appointment with your event coordinator to review the Ice

House’s full event packet of information, including Crushed Ice Catering’s menu and guidelines. The Ice

House offers tours by appointment only, Tuesdays through Fridays between 9am-5pm.
