We have also established links with major Learning Providers within the West Midlands to attractand recruit apprentices across a number of disciplines. This is a free service to the employer.

All our training is delivered by “time served” professionals - experts in their fields. Training programmes are delivered on your premises at a time convenient to you.

Unlike funded programmes which are bound to strict curriculum parameters, our training istailored to the needs of each client. No two training programmes are the same.

Alongside our training delivery, Lotus WFS is able to offer a range of recruitment and selectionservices to its clients - these include contingency recruitment, advertising and selection as well asheadhunting and “Senior Search” services. All these services are underpinned by 15 years’ experience in the Recruitment & Training sectors, with our Managing Director having a proven track record as a Sales Person, Sales Manager,Regional Manager, National Trainer and Skills Co ordinator, having worked in a consultancy capacityfor Network Rail, Mace and Birmingham City Council on the prestigious New St Station redevelopment.
