We welcome you to this evening's meeting. The public may ask questions relevant to agenda items at the time those are under consideration. While not required, we would appreciate it if you would identify yourself with your name and address when addressing the Board. Fifteen minutes are allowed at designated times on the Agenda for the Public to address the Board on an item which is not on the agenda during the opportunity for Public Concerns. Speakers are asked to limit remarks to three minutes. No action will be taken by the Board at this time. The Board may put the issue on a future agenda for more discussion and/or action, or may refer the issue to the administration for follow-up. Any individual requiring disability-related accommodations or modifications including auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in the Board meeting should contact the Superintendent in writing.

Pursuant to State law (Government Code § 54954.2), closed sessions are not open to the public and may only be held for collective bargaining discussion, employment or dismissal of an employee, disciplinary matters relative to student(s) or employee(s), meeting with legal counsel on pending or anticipated litigation, emergency situations, and other exceptions as provided by law, including Government Code § 54957 and 54957.6.

Set June 15, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Library at Los Gatos High School for the Public Hearing and adoption of the 2012‐2013 final budget, pursuant to Education Code 42103 

AI.2   Job Description – Instructional / BTSA Coach  

Approve a new job description – Instructional / BTSA (Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment) Coach  

AI.3 Resolution #11‐27  

Adopt Resolution #11‐27, Declaration of Need for Fully Qualified Educators
