What You Need1 lb lean ground beef2 c Mexican blend shredded cheese1 can refried black beans1 pkg taco seasoning mix1 jar picante sauce, 16 oz.2 c sour cream2 green onions, sliced1 small can sliced black olives2 c water, warm1 box manicotti shells

Directions• Mix raw ground beef

with taco seasoning, 1 cup of cheese and 1 can refried black beans.

Mexcian Manicotti My Way

• Using the uncooked manicotti shells, stuff the meat mixture into the shells and place in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

• Pour the jar of picante over the stuffed shells. Then pour in the 2 cups of warm water.

• Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

• When shells are done and dish is bubbly top with sour cream, reserved cheese and olives.

• Put back in oven for 5-10 minutes.

• Remove from oven and top with green onions.

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

RFQ - ENGINEERING SERVICESFOR TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM SIDEWALK PROJECT

FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ROAD SYSTEMOF THE CITY OF LOS FRESNOS

The City of Los Fresnos is seeking Engineering and Architectural services for a Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) Sidewalks Project. The TAP SidewalksProject enhances safety through construction designed to improve the bicycle and the pedestrian safety; encourage a healthy and active lifestyle from an early age; enable and encourage children, including those with disabilities, to walk and bicycle to school; and to facilitate projects and activities that will improve safety and reduce traffic, fuel consumption, and air pollution in the vicinity of schools.

This TAP Sidewalks Project is being funded through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

RFQ’s shall be addressed to:

CITY OF LOS FRESNOSC/O MARK MILUM, CITY MANAGERTRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM SIDEWALK PROJECT200 N. BRAZILLOS FRESNOS, TX 78566.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be received by Monday February 4, 2016 no later than 11:00 a.m. RFQ’s sent via facsimile shall not be accepted. RFQ’s shall be submitted in an envelope sealed with tape and prominently marked on the lower left hand corner of the envelope with corresponding RFQ title. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of the express envelope or package in reference to the RFQ. Any RFQ received after closing date and time will be returned to the firm unopened.
