NAVIGATION & MULTIMEDIA

Prius Three comes standard with Entune™ Premium Audio with Integrated Navigation2 and App Suite11.

The integrated navigation2 offers features such as pre-saved routes for easy access, address input via voice recognition14, and predictive traffic on existing route.

Not comfortable with entering an address into your navigation system? Sync saved search results from the Destination Search app directly to your Prius Three by accessing the Entune® App Suite11 on your mobile phone. Navigation isn’t available on the Volt LT.

Volt LT’s OnStar with 4G LTE and built-in Wi-Fi hotspot data plans range from $15 to $50 per month for 1GB to 3GB. One-time purchase packages are also available: $5 per day for 250 MB or $150 to $200 per year for 10GB.

PERFORMANCE & DESIGN

Although Volt LT has a 53-mile EV range, Prius Three’s significantly lighter weight (493 lbs. less) and enhanced efficiency yields a 10-mpg higher combined estimated fuel economy. Prius Three comes standard with Bi-LED headlamps (low and high beam in a single lamp) for enhanced forward visibility during nighttime driving, whereas the Volt LT only has low-beam LED.

SAFETY

The newly developed Toyota Safety Sense™ P4, part of the Advanced Technology Package, is designed to aid the driver in three common incidents: certain front-end collisions27, lane departures29 from clearly marked lanes and poor night visibility30. None of these features are available on the Volt LT. Additionally, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control23 (part of Toyota Safety Sense™ P4) is full-speed on Prius Three. This system may enable low speed following, speed matching, stopping, and acceleration/deceleration to a preceding vehicle. Currently, Prius Liftback is the only Toyota that offers Full-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control23.
