Since my preliminary task, I feel that the way I have used photo editing software such as Adobe fireworks has improved greatly

From this, I feel that my photography skills have improved. On my preliminary task It is clear that I did not experiment with any shots or angles which made my preliminary task look the same. Whereas on my final music magazine, I experimented with many shots and angles which have been posted to the blog, the only problem was that the photo for the front cover was poor in terms of its quality which could not be fixed in post production

I also think that I have improved in the way that my final magazine was much better in terms of the way It was laid out. For my preliminary task, I did not know any of the conventions of how they would usually be laid out. But during the production of my final magazine task, I gained a better understanding of the conventions for example my contents page, I followed the way in which the music magazine, NME laid their contents page . By researching other music magazines this allowed me to produce a magazine that did follow conventions of the music magazine, appealing to my target audience.
