SITUATION The land occupies a private location in a wooded valley being within 1.5 miles of Callington town therefore making it extremely accessible to a number of local people. The nearby villages of Harrowbarrow and St Dominick are both within a couple of miles and the lane to which the land has access joins the A390 road just to the east of Callington. DESCRIPTION

The land extends in all to approximately 1.75 acres and has in recent times been used for livestock. The first area beyond the entrance gate has recently been planted with a mixture of trees and this leads onto a gated enclosure which is down to pasture and contains Two Stables each roughly 13’ x 9’ (3.96m x 2.74m) set on a concrete base with full width 9’ (2.74m) wide Lean-To at the rear . Caravan. There is a stream boundary and in the field where the stables are there is access from the land to the stream.

From Callington proceed towards Gunnislake/Tavistock on the A390 road where at the bottom of the first hill out of the town turn right into Fullaford Road where signposted to Harrowbarrow.
