The SIMPLE Process to Success

What is a conditional offer? A conditional offer is a formal agreement from a LLI partner to accept a student after the conditions of the offer are completed. Such as completion of required LLI courses and/or suitable English proficiency test scores.

When can I receive a conditional offer from LLI? After a student finishes the first semester in their final year of high school a FREE assessment can be requested. Qualified students can attain the conditional offer within 3-5 weeks of completing their application.

How long is the duration of studying in LLI to meet the condition? It really depends on the student’s English level. When the student arrives at LLI we will have an assessment to determine the student’s English level, LLI has seven levels in total, the last two levels called AP1 and AP2 (academic preparation). After the student finish the AP2 level, he/she has the English level and tools to be successful in a Canadian university.

When is the start date of each ESL level? LLI programs have monthly start dates throughout the year- 12 start times.

What factors determine my university acceptance? Admission to most programs is based on the GPA of your last year of high school. Academic performance and pre-requisites are the key factors in determining entrance to a college and university program. Simply send LLI your high school transcripts by completing the pathway screening link found on our web site. After this free screening your results will be available in three business days.
