One New Change opened in September 2010, the only scheme to open that year. 12 months prior to this CBRE were brought in by Land Securities to assist in the letting programme, at which point only eight units were let. CBRE act on behalf of the Grosvenor Estate throughout the London portfolio to provide strategic, occupational and investment advice on key streets including Mount Street, South Audley Street, Davies Street, Motcomb Street and Elizabeth Street, bringing new brands onto the Estate including Bremont, Linda Farrow, Jessica McCormack and Solange Azagury-Partridge. We have helped introduce active asset management initiatives including lease restructuring in order to provide greater controls over the Estate and ensure that the tenant mix continues to evolve.
We are working closely with the Grosvenor Estate to continue to deliver the tenant mix strategy for the Mount Street Village, extending the retail pitch to Carlos Place, South Audley Street and Davies Street. We are also working on the regeneration of New Mayfair which will see Duke Street, Brown Hart Gardens and North Audley Street transformed into a fashion-forward retail and leisure destination over the next 12 to 18 months.
