Biju Georgedeputy director, GREATER CInCInnATI WATER WoRKS, USABiju serves as the deputy director of water and sewers at the Greater Cincinnati Water Works & Metropolitan Sewer department. He is responsible for the day to day and strategic direction of the operating divisions including wastewater collections and treatment, drinking

water supply and distribution, water quality management, stormwater operations management and watershed operations management. In 2011 he served as the interim Executive director of Greater Cincinnati Water Works where he oversaw the GCWW’s strategic direction, operation, sustainability, and revenue enhancement.

Steve GeorgeBusiness development Manager, AQUALoGY, UKSteve has worked in the UK water sector since 1999 having spent the previous 8 years as a Senior Lecturer in Computing at WirralMet.  He spent a number of years as IT director at a leading leakage management consultancy where he oversaw the development of a key non revenue

water management system used widely around the world. Steve joined Aqualogy in 2013 and leads Aqualogy’s UK business in non Revenue Water management and leads the development of software and solutions in the UK.

Brent GilesSenior Analyst, LUX RESEARCH, USABrent is a Senior Analyst at Lux Research and currently leads the Water Intelligence and the Exploration and Production practices. Before joining Lux Research, Brent worked for six years at Hach Company and with its German partner Lange, water technology companies that

are part of Fortune 500 company, danaher. As senior chemist and project manager at Hach, Brent led projects in water analysis and green technology, and extensively studied the drinking, waste and industrial water industries and the alternative fuels business. 

Fiona GriffithGeneral Manager, ISLE UTILITIES, UKFiona has extensive experience working in research and development and product commercialisation both in the UK and overseas. She has successfully grown the Technology Approval Group (TAG), a highly regarded consortium of water industry representatives which supports
