Management’s Responsibility for the Financial Statement Management is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of these financial statements in accordance withPhilippine financial reporting standards. This responsibility includes designing ,implementing and maintaining internal control relevant to preparation and fair presentation of financial statement that are free from materials misstatement ,whether due to fraud or error,selecting and applying appropriate policies, and making accounting estatements that are reasonable in the circumstances. Auditor’s Responsibility My responsibility is to express an opinion on this statement base on my audit. I conducted my audit in accordance with Philippine standards on Auditing. Those standards require that I comply with ethical requirements and plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurances wether the financial statements are free from material misstatements. An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. The procedures selecte depend on the auditor’s judgement including the assessment of the risk of materials misstatements, wether due to fraud or error in making those risk assessment , the auditor consider internal control, relevant to the entity’s preparation and fair presentation of the financial statements in order to design audit procedure that is appropriate in the circumstances, but not for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectiveness on the entity’s internal control. An audit also includes evaluating the appropriateness of the accounting policies used and reasonableness of accounting estimates made by the management, as well as evaluating the overall presentation of the financial statement. I believe that audit evidence I have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for my audit opinion. Report of an Independent Accountant

I have audited the accompanying Comperative Balance Sheet and Income Statement of PRIME MEDS PHARMACY as of December 31,2012 and 2013.

Management’s Responsibility for the Financial Statement

Management is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of these financial statements in accordance withPhilippine financial reporting standards. This responsibility includes designing ,implementing and maintaining internal control relevant to preparation and fair presentation of financial statement that are free from materials misstatement ,whether due to fraud or error,selecting and applying appropriate policies, and making accounting estatements that are reasonable in the circumstances.

In my opinion, the financial statement present fairly, in all material aspects, the financial

position of PRIME MEDS PHARMACY as of December 31, 2012 and 2013 of its financial performance for the period then ended in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting.

In compliance with RR 20 V, I state that I have neither financial interest, ddirect of otherwise, nor related to by consanguinity or by affinity with in 3rd degree of relationship to the management of

PRIME MEDS PHARMACY.
