This is a scene shot from the song “Ayo” by Chris Brown and Tyga. The reason why I chose this particular shot as a key location is because it gives away what the artists have got in their life e.g. luxury cars, models and motorbikes. In my music video, I would like to set a similar scene with the establishing shot and luxury cars that are line up so it fits the Pop genre codes and convention and attracts my target audience. Even though, those two artists put both of their money into buying these cars and models, I will be using the cars that I will have access to which includes: a BMW, Mercedes Benz, Bentley, Ford and lots more. The bit which grabbed my attention is the bright coloured cars and the bright outfit the artists are wearing. This is a key tool to attract the audience.

This is another location which I am planning to use in my music video. This particular scene is set in American in a private palace which may be owned by any of two artists. The reason why I want to shot my music video in front of a palace is because it gives a hint to the audience that the artists are rich and are living a life which the audience dream of. This is a way of grabbing the audience as it inspires the them to be rich like Tyga and Chris Brown. The lighting in this particular location is perfect as they isn’t too much light and too little light. In-fact, the scene has got a perfect lighting to make the artists stand out. Even though, I haven’t got the budget to have horses in the background, I don’t think I should be stressed about renting one as it does not suit the Pop music genre.
