Directions by roadFrom the M5 motorway at ExeterProceed to M5 Junction 31, branch left to leave the motorway and join the A30, signposted Okehampton / Bodmin. Continue on the A30 for approximately 60 miles.
Do not turn o the A30 towards St Austell / Eden but continue along the A30 past Victoria and the Newquay junction.
Once over the brow of the hill take a discreet left turn o the A30 (handbrake required!) and turn left on to the B3275 signposted Ladock. Follow this road for 5 miles and continue through Ladock.
3 miles beyond Ladock turn right towards Truro and shortly afterwards (by Mercedes Garage) turn left onto the A390 towards St Mawes.
After approx. 1 mile turn right onto the A3078 towards Tregony / St Mawes, over Tregony bridge and after 1.5 miles turn left (immediately after Texaco garage) signposted Veryan and The Nare.
Continue on this road until you reach Veryan village. Do not turn o this road following your Sat Nav nor signs to Carne. Continue straight through Veryan village and follow the brown signs for The Nare, ignoring signs to Carne. Leave The New Inn on your left, then 1 mile beyond down to the sea and The Nare.
For those approaching from St AustellTake the A390 towards Truro. Approx. 5 miles from St Austell turn left onto B3287 for Tregony. Then at the bottom of Tregony turn left onto the A3078 for St Mawes. Follow this road for 1.5 miles then turn left (immediately after Texaco garage) signposted Veryan and The Nare. Follow the last paragraph above.
