Launch Law Research
Navigator > Select ‘Lexis’.
Select ‘Find Laws by Country or Region’ under Sources on Lexis homepage.
Select ‘Foreign Laws & Legal Sources’.
Select ‘United Kingdom’.
Select ‘Caselaw’.
Select ‘UK Cases, Combined Courts’ > ‘Search Selected’.
Under ‘Restrict by Document Segment’ > select ‘CITE’
> Enter “[1965] AC
1175” > ‘Add’ > ‘Search’.
Search by case citation:
To download the case:
Click on the top right save icon > click ‘Download’ on the pop-up box > click on the hyperlinked PDF
document.
