Located in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, the B.B. King Museum offers unique spaces for private and corporate events. Weddings, receptions, workshops, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, and family reunions are just a few of the occasions the Museum can accommodate.

DAY RATES apply to events that begin within operating hours of the

Museum (10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and 12 p.m. - 5

p.m. Sunday - Monday). Rates listed below are for the 2-hour minimum

Day Rate.

NIGHT RATES apply to any event that begins any time outside

of Museum operating hours. Rates show the price for the 3-hour

minimum Night Rate.

Additional hours for both day and night events will be billed at $135

per hour. Decorating and setup time includes one hour at no addi-

tional charge; additional hours are $50 per hour. If your event will

last a full day or multiple days, please contact the Museum regarding

an extended rental rate.

Discounted membership rates listed are based on the “King’s

Band” sponsorship level of $250. Memberships may be

purchased in the Lucille’s Gift Shop at the Museum or online at:

www.bbkingmuseum.org

The collections and programs in the Museum remain our top priority, so we

appreciate your understanding that the rental of any space may not interfere

with exhibits or public visitation.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all rentals. Space reservation will not be finalized until deposit is received. The balance of the rental is due two

weeks before the date of the event.

Notes: • No burning candles are allowed in the Museum.

• Birdseed and flower petals are allowed to be thrown in outside areas only. Any additional items are subject to the approval of the B.B. King Museum.

• You are free to choose your caterer, decorator and entertainment, and alcoholic beverages may be served. All deliveries must be pre-approved.
