1.  A taxonomy of reasons for missed bins - alpha

2.  A waste management Application Programming Interface (API) – alpha

3.  A business case for end-to-end waste service design using common data and API standards, and common digital components (like a single addressing service) - alpha

4.  Agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)

5.  Some standard contract clauses – will produce last / towards end of beta

6.  A clearly documented method for co-designing and implementing local digital service standards – starting with waste services - alpha
