• Conclusion:– The ODOT Local Program represents well
over 200 projects in each STIP cycle.– About 20% to 25% of the total Dollar
value of ODOT’s project development program are local projects.
– Local Program continual improvement for project delivery:
• Local Agency Certification• Membership on PDLT• Local Program Oversight Committee (LPOC)• Collaboration with other stake holders such as
OPO, Bridge, Regions, ACEC, AOC/LOC Etc.
