Place Partnership’s IT based energymanagement dashboard tool enables clients to identify energy andcost savings along with benchmarking performance against similarbuildings.

Renewable Energy ProjectsPlace Partnership offers a strong track record of projectmanagement and implementation of renewable energy projects.A recent example has been the installation of a 30 kWp 120Solar Panel array at Abbey Stadium and a 28 kWp 112 Panelarray at Crossgate depot in Redditch, along with Electric vehiclecharging points. The Solar arrays will generate enoughelectricity to power the equivalent of 12 houses and save 20tonnes of CO2 per annum.
