Self-repairable high-speed door - PRAR: This high- speed door is provided with an exclusive self-repairable function. When it is accidentally hit, the canvas comes out of the guides without damaging any element of the struc-ture. The door then automatically goes back into its guide and continues to work as normal. It is also characterised by its great tightness and wind resistance.

Folding high-speed door - PRPG: This is the high-speed door model for intensive use. It is a door that can be installed indoors and outdoors for use in practically any industrial sector.

PRERRolling Door

The Rolling High-Speed Door - PRER comprises a PVC canvas with inner reinforcements fixed to a metal frame incor-porating a geared motor activated by a control panel.

This door conceived especially for indoor applications of intensive use, helps fluid traffic thanks to its high-speed opening and closing, therefore achieving energy savings and higher output.

Specially designed for use in warehouses, logistics centres, and any kind of productive plant or premises with an intense flow of goods, assuring optimal tightness.

The door frame is formed by two sides and is all made in folded steel plate.

The PRER rolling high-speed door has a safety photocell as standard. It is designed to avoid any collision with people or goods passing under the door while it is working.

Available with different optional numbers of windows: grouped in rows and columns.

This rolling high-speed door is powered by a high quality and high efficiency asynchronous three-phase 400V motor. It also includes endless gearing to guarantee maximum reliability.

The canvas is made with a high strength, flexible interior polyester mesh with 0.8 mm PVC lining. Strengtheners are inserted transversally to make it more rigid.

The Rolling High-Speed Door from Inkema with aluminium frame is suitable for areas of high transit where fast opening and closing actions are required. It has been designed for use in stores and/or installations of any industrial sector: logistics, foodstuff, automobile, etc...

The door comprises a PVC canvas and is fixed to an alumini-um frame with a galvanised steel drum cover and supports.

The noise reduction function is achieved by using extra soft brushes developed exclusively for Inkema, which also improve the tightness of the installation.

The structure of the new high-speed doors comprises a simple set of 3 different anodised extruded aluminium profiles that combine to form the whole frame.

The door works thanks to the combination of a geared motor of up to 0.55 kW, and an electric panel to control the door.

The PRAE has an electric band at the bottom of the canvas and photocells at standard safety systems designed to avoid any collision if a person or goods pass under the door while it is working. This door can also optionally be provided with a photocell barrier.

The Inkema electric panel for these high-speed doors is made up of control and protection components.

The electrical panel can also optionally be provided with a speed variation for programming different opening and closing speeds and for reducing acceleration when starting and braking in order to extend the lifespan of the door.

The Inkema Folding High-Speed Door is the fastest model of door for intensive use. This kind of door can be installed either indoor or outdoor, and can be used in practically any industrial sector.

The door comprises a PVC canvas fixed to a steel frame that has a motor activated by a control panel.

Another important feature of this door is that it can optionally include a curtain of active photocells to a maximum height of 2.5 m. Any person or element that interferes with the closing of the door is automatically detected to avoid any possible accident.

The door is provided as standard with a security photocell 500mm. from the floor.

The strong double-fabric strap guarantees maximum reliability, durability and safety. The door is driven by rolling the straps to allow the canvas to be folded.

The door acts through the combination of a geared motor of up to 1 kW and a control panel.In the event of a fault in the power supply, the motor can be released and the handle can be used to open or close the door. The power supply is three-phase 230V/400V.

This folding high-speed door provides optimal strength in outdoor places thanks to the system of transversal reinforcements.The PRPG is easy to repair and is rapidly assembled as it comes pre-installed.

The Inkema Folding High-Speed Door is the fastest model of door for intensive use. This kind of door can be installed either indoor or outdoor, and can be used in practically any industrial sector.

The door comprises a PVC canvas fixed to a steel frame that has a motor activated by a control panel.

Another important feature of this door is that it can optionally include a curtain of active photocells to a maximum height of 2.5 m. Any person or element that interferes with the closing of the door is automatically detected to avoid any possible accident.

The door is provided as standard with a security photocell 500mm. from the floor.
