TERMS & CONDITIONS

DepositsIn order to confirm your booking, Lounge requires a £10.00 deposit per person.

Bookings will be provisionally held for 14 days without a deposit, but after this the booking will be released for resale if a deposit has not been received, so please get the deposit into us promptly – we don’t want you to be disappointed, but we can’t hold out forever!

This deposit will be redeemed against your final bill.

How to pay your deposit(Your total deposit must be paid in one transaction).

By cash, in person to your local Lounge. Please do not

send cash in the post. By credit or debit card (over the phone or in person). Sorry, we cannot accept cheques.

Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel your booking then please notify Lounge straightaway.

If you unfortunately have to cancel your booking, and give more than 21 days’ notice, your deposit will be returned (in the form of a single cheque for the whole amount).

We hope it won’t come to this, but if you cancel your booking and give less than 21 days’ notice then your deposit will be retained in full*.

* Please note this also applies if you want to reschedule your booking to another date (after 29th December 2015).

Confirming numbersPlease give us plenty of warning of any change in numbers (regardless of how small).

In the event that the confirmed numbers in your party reduce by 10% or more without at least 7 days’ notice, Lounge reserves the right to forfeit all deposits above the 10% reduction.

By way of illustration…If your booking is confirmed for 20 but only 18 turn up then your full deposit will be redeemed.However, if your booking is confirmed for 20 but only 15 turn up then you will forfeit the deposit for 3 people (£30).

Again, we really don’t want to do this, so please keep us in the loop – the more communication we get, the better we can make the experience for you!

Pre-ordersLounge welcomes pre-orders of wine (please see current wine list on our website).

Wine offer only valid when 6 bottles are pre-ordered at least three working days prior to your booking. Cheapest bottle will be free.

Please note that we do not require food pre-orders.

DamageThe Lounge reserves the right to retain deposit monies should there be any damage caused to fixtures or fittings by any member of your party.
