Each winter we are filled with anticipation for the moments the upcoming season will bring: checking our weather apps in hopes of a powder day, joining friends in the tramline, or quietly escaping with a pair of snowshoes and our dogs. We are fortunate to have a company that is focused on helping others find their passion and place within the Yellowstone region.

As we launch into 2015, we also take this time to reflect on the past year, both introspectively and analytically, learning what we can from experiences and market trends.

Nationally, the real estate market is breathing a little deeper as slow and steady growth has returned. This trend is also evident in Southwest Montana, where new development abounds. Big Sky is gaining new traction as a destination resort area with the new collaboration of the private clubs and resorts. The partnership has instilled confidence for new local businesses and residential developers, bolstering our vibrant community.

At L&K we are grateful for the client relationships that continue to develop and have fostered the growth of our company for the past two years. Our property portfolio continues to feature some of the most incredible homes, land, and development opportunities within the rocky mountain region, drawing buyers who seek recreational properties as a foundation to connect with family, friends and nature.

We invite you to explore with us- the market data & property collection within this magazine, or the Yellowstone Region. If you are considering selling real estate now is the time to list with inventory levels lower than they have been in six years and a very solid price recovery since the recession. For buyer’s now is the time to be looking at land and completed homes. When you find the right match we urge you to act quickly as the market is strong.

Best Regards,

Eric Ladd, Ryan Kulesza & the L&K Team

Greetings from Big Sky, MT!
