Be CEO of YOUR 3rd/3rdI have a vision for this life stage.

I direct my own growth.

I find/create what gives me meaning.

I continue to enlarge my circle of friends.I decide who I want to be and what I want to do and have, and I go for it.

I see this as a time of continuing growth, not decline.

I bring wisdom, judgment, experience and creative solutions to this life stage.

I focus part of my energy on what I can bring to younger generations.

Jan Allen, Founder, 3rd/3rd Ignited We do 3 things to help you create a vibrant 3rd/3rd: map the landscape, provide free maps and apps for “your next”, and offer workshops and coaching services for those who want more.

It’s simple. We do 3 things.

We: 1. Map the landscape of the 3rd/3rd of life. It’s different from the first 2/3’s. Understanding inner

will help you create outer. 2. Provide easy navigation to help you answer the question “What is my next?” Through links to

high quality resources, periodic blog posts and inspirational stories from your peers. 3. Offer offline workshops and coaching for individuals or groups, for those who want individual

support and assistance in mapping and living their 3rd/3rd.

Our Point of View:

Our point of view is that life is meant to be lived fully, from beginning to end; not closed down 2/3’s of the way through. All of life is either growth or decay. We invite you to choose growth. Which we know nearly everyone would, if they knew they were in charge of doing so, and had a few resources to help them do it.

What We Are Not:

Most of the resources for this life stage area about financial planning or health care. We’re neither. We’re about your social and emotional well-being.
