The University of Windsor Department
of Psychology and Public Affairs &
Communications (PAC) are currently
casting actors for a series of
three educational short films as part
of a healthy relationships and sexual
assault resistance program. The films
are aimed at a high school audience
and deal with the issue of
Acquaintance Sexual Assault. The films
deal with the issues of sexual assault,
focuses on the events and actions that
can lead to acquaintance sexual
assault, and provide insight on avoiding
sexual assault and dealing with the
aftermath of an assault.
Content Disclaimer: Each filmcontains a scene that depicts thebeginning of a sexual assault betweenthe lead actors. The depiction is briefand is not graphic in nature.Professionals in the field will bepresent during all auditions, rehearsalsand filming dates.
The main and secondary actors will
receive honorariums based on days
worked. Actors must be available forfilming during day, evening andweekday or weekend hours betweenApril 6 - April 30. Actual film dates to
be determined. Actors under the age of
18 years, must have written consent
from their parent or guardian to
participate.
